Northeastern Cornerstone Project
Using Arduino IDE, SolidWorks, and a variety of other skills such as laser-cutting, 3-D printing, and soldering, my team was tasked with creating a game aimed toward children.
We created a catapult style game, where the objective is to hoop a ball into a funnel to score points in a set time limit.
I used Arduino for the coding and distance sensors inside the funnels, SolidWorks for the catapult and funnels, and laser-cutting was needed to cut the boards to fit the game together.
Time was a major constraint for this project as many issues occurred with the sensors we used, but with enough troubleshooting, the game was ready to play during an exhibition!

Fully finished project all assembled and ready to go!

Catapult, created using the spring like properties of PLA to create a spiral spring so no additional parts were needed!
